About Me
I'm Miguel V. Crespo, an Audiovisual & Multimedia creator with a passion for visual storytelling, filmmaking, animation and photography.
My interest in Audiovisual started with LEGO stop motion. What began as a hobby gradually became a way of understanding how stories can be built through movement, composition, light and sound. With a degree in Audiovisual & Multimedia from ESCS, I've developed experience across different areas of audiovisual production, from cinematography and editing to animation, photography and design.
Right now, I work as a freelancer, creating audiovisual content for clients and personal projects. From animations and commercial content to photography and videography, I enjoy working across different formats and finding creative ways to bring ideas to life. I'm always looking for new projects, new challenges and new ways to create. Whether it's a film, a stop-motion animation, a commercial a photograph, etc. I'm interested in creating work that feels intentional, engaging and visually memorable.

A Rough Timeline
2014
Picked up a smartphone, started making stop motion and created my YouTube channel - MCC Studios.
2018
I kept developing my animation skills. Learning editing, cinematography, lighting, sound and VFX by myself.
2022
In partnership with the LEGO Group I created a stop motion animation for them
2023
Started my university course on audiovisual and multimedia, at ESCS.
2024
Became Coordinator of Editing Department on the RTP2 TV Program “E2”.
"Solitude" won one award and was selected for two at international brickfilms contests.
2025
Entered to Bright Lisbon Agency as a member of Design & Image department working for clients
Became Coordinator of Design Department at “Número F” and Video Coordinator at “GAME”
2026
Graduated in Audiovisuals and Multimedia.
